Thank you to the Top Tech team for the quick response. Capaciter went out on Sunday and after 6 companies calling Mike came out Monday at noon and the job was done in 30 minutes. Pricing is great and just walking me through what went wrong is the transparency what every customer wants. Our AC cut off due to the heat wave we’ve been experiencing and Top Tech was able to send someone out first thing Monday morning. Mike was extremely professional and thorough! Despite dealing with a leg injury, he took the time to explain all of our issues with our unit in a concise manner and made sure our attic unit and filters were all in good condition. Pricing was reasonable and the repairs were done in less than an hour! Will definitely call Top Tech for any future issues.
